Shipping Policy
All items are assessed by size and weight. Shipping totals will be added and assessed at cart with totality of order.
All parcels are sent by Australis Post. Fine Cut Collections current turn around time is 5-7 business days, this does not include potential delays by post. Should you order be delayed you should contact Australia Post for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of all our products being personalised and custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore we can send proofs of your designs for your approval before we make your order.
If your order is damaged during transit, it is covered by insurance via Australia post etc and the insurance will cover the cost to remake the order. Should this of happened to you please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist if we can.
